3. General information on data processing
3.1 Scope of personal data processing
DATANET GmbH as order processor provides different services that are recorded within an agreement of order data processing according to GDPR article 28. The provision of this website, which can only be used by personal login credentials furthermore, falls into these services. When calling the website, personal data will be processed even without accessing the protected area. In the following, you will find detailed description for this purpose.
3.2 Legal basis for processing of personal data
The legal basis for processing is article 6 (1) GDPR or a contract between client and contractor (DATANET GmbH) according to GDPR article 28. In the following, we will look at the individual points of article 6:

If processing is necessary to safeguard the legitimate interests of our company or a third party, and if the interests, fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject do not prevail over the first interest, art. 6, par. 1, point (f) GDPR acts as legal basis for processing.

Personal data will be erased or locked as soon as the purpose to its storage does not apply anymore respectively by reaching deletion periods within a contract according to article 28 GDPR. Additionally, a storage of personal data can occur if European or national legislators appoint this under union laws or regulations to which the responsible is subjected to.

Especially, you can demand information about the purpose of the data processing, the sort of the processed data, the sort of the recipients to which your data will be passed/have been passed, the planned storage periods, if you have a claim to correct, restrict the processing and erasure, contradiction, the exist of a right of appeal, the origin of your data if they were not collected by us, the exist of an automated decision-making including profiling and if necessary meaningful information to details.
